Will the sales rep is horrible 40mins to find my tire then said he could find them sound them later didn't explain shit. And made this process hard. When I asked to make a appointment he forgot all the information I just gave him. And then repeated my self alot. But on the bright side Dylan and collin and art are amazing. And sweet very helpful and informative. They know their stuff . Love the techs but get a new sale rep. Will is horrible when that's the first thing you deal with while you have a automotive emergency

Someone at this store stole from me. I took my car in for a tire change. When I picked my car up it had been ransacked. I had a case in my backseat covered by a cloth, it was completely uncovered unlatched and left open. an expensive piece of audio equipment had been stolen. It was obvious that someone had gone through my glovebox and had even taken some candy out of my center console and eaten it leaving the empty bag. I went back inside and told them immediately the guy working the counter came outside and looked at it with me. He told me that he would look into it and have the GM call me the next day. I ended up having to call and ask to speak with him after 3 days without hearing anything. He basically told me he didn’t think they did it and that I was out of luck. He also told me it had been inside the shop every night so I’m not entirely sure how I’m supposed to believe that it was anyone other than someone working there. He offered no solutions, no interest in helping at all, and no apology. Just told me that he didn’t “think” it was one of their people and took no responsibility as the general manager for having that happen at his store. I wouldn’t trust these dorks to run

On the way to meet my family to see my kid play in his basketball playoff game, I was so bummed to discover I had a flat tire in my 9 month old car. I carefully drove down the street desperately looking for a repair shop early on a Saturday. I always trust Firestone to do good work, so I searched for the closest shop. I was not disappointed. Colin got me in within 5-10 minutes of my pulling in unannounced. I was nervous about the prospect of having to buy 2-4 new tires since my car is an AWD, but within about 30 minutes, I was told it was just a repair and that they’d have it done soon. Wow! Less than an hour from arrival, I was on my way again and for less than the cost of a nice meal. I am so grateful to Colin and the guys at the shop for making my day so much better. Moral of the story: 1. Don’t miss going along with your family for early games (even if you are not a morning person) and 2. When you are in a bind with your vehicle, go to the Firestone near Broadway and Mineral in Littleton. They’ll take good care of you!

I had purchased aftermarket tire valve-caps for my 2021 Blazer. (I know, I know) The two on the back tires molded/fused to the tire valve and I could NOT get them off or add air to my tires for months. The technician was great, kind and informative - Came up to me and gave me the old valves, explained what he did and it was just a nice gesture and interaction that you don't get much of anymore these days. Will at the front counter that got me squared away with scheduling, payment and suggestions for upcoming maintenance, was very kind, pleasant and helpful as well. Had a good conversation - You just get a good vibe from the guy - He seems to genuinely care - Rare these days. Thank you Firestone - I did not get the Technicians name but as always, shoutout to Colin and Will that I have talked to the most. Thank you for your kindness, knowledge and educating me. Always coming back to Firestone South Broadway
